Stakeholders in Ondo State have said the Home Ownership Charter recently launched by the Ondo State Government will enhance development and attract more investors into the state.
Those who spoke with OSRC’s Zaheed Aribisala in Akure said the scheme will end the challenges associated with collection of certificate of occupancy.
