over 500 petitions have been received by the ondo state security network, operation Amotekun from residents of the state in less than a year since the formation of the agency.
Amotekun Commander, Adetunji Adeleye, who was the guest lecturer at the 2020 Ondo nyuj press week said the petitions include communities seeking respite after their farmlands were destroyed by herders and their cows.
Shola Ilesanmi reports that Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu while declaring open the press week thanked the nyuj for its support to his administration and rallied more for Amotekun.
