Despite surrendering their arms and soliciting forgiveness from Nigerians, the Federal Government has been enjoined to exercise caution before integrating repentant terrorists into society.
Some respondents who spoke with OSRC’s Zaheed Aribisala on the recent repentance of some terrorists opined that the ex-insurgents must not be allowed to join the army.
