Hopes were raised recently for many upcoming citizens with the assent to not too young to rule bill that Nigeria would soon get young ones in the helms of affairs. The rising expectations are however fading fast with the low number of youth emerging as candidates under various political parties ahead 2023 general elections. OSRC’s Juliet Buna in this report examines the thin line between the reality of the not too young to run bill vis-a-vis the current political dispensation.
