Manchester-based Propel Sports Africa has struck a €5m deal with the Nigerian Premier League to stream matches worldwide.

Propel Sports Africa is able to stream the games after the emergence of low cost, high production cameras being installed at stadiums across the country.

Industry insiders say the development could be ground-breaking.

Eighty per cent of the Premier League games will be streamed overseas, with the deal running for four years.

The NPL has expressed excitement over the streaming accord with Propel Sports Africa which has Manchester City and Arsenal striker Paul Dickov as its ambassador.
