The trial of the four suspects linked to the murder of Funke Olakunri, daughter of Afenifere leader, Rueben Fasoranti on the 12th July 2019 at the toll gate axis of the Ore-Sagamu Express way scheduled to commence on Tuesday at the Ondo State High Court in Akure has been stalled.
The trial judge, Bode Adegbehingbe adjourned hearing after the first defendant, Muhammed Shehu Usman said he had no legal representation in Court.
OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that husband of the deceased, Idowu Olakunri was also in court to witness the stalled proceedings which is the second since the case was transferred from the magistrate to the High Court.
