President Muhammadu Buhari has presented a budget of 16.39 trillion naira for the 2022 fiscal year titled “Budget of Economic Growth and Sustainability” to the National Assembly.
Buhari said the budget was designed to build on the achievements of previous budgets and to deliver on his government’s goals and aspirations as would be reflected in the soon-to-be-launched national development plan of 2021 to 2025.
