The immediate past lawmaker of Akoko South West Constituency 1 at the Ondo State House of Assembly, Chief Olugbenga Omole has congratulated the First Class Monarch of his town, the Olubaka of Oka Akoko, Oba (Dr) Yusuf Adebori Adeleye, OON on his 80th Birthday.
Akogun Omole noted that Oba Adeleye’s reign has brought unprecedented development and progress to Oka Kingdom, hence the need to roll out drums to felicitate the Monarch.
In a congratulatory message to the Royal Father, the former lawmaker said the enthronement of the monarch who mounted the throne of his forefathers over 35 years ago remains a blessing to the Community.
“As our Royal Father, Oba Adebori Adeleye has used his influence to bring human and physical development to our town and generations yet unborn will not forget his critical intervention to see to our progress.” He said.
Omole who is the Akogun of Oka Kingdom, in the congratulatory message, expressed his readiness to continue to participate actively in what will engender progress in the town under the Royal Father especially during annual Oka Day Celebrations.
He urged Oka indigenes home and in the diaspora to actively participate in this year’s Oka Day Celebration slated for the 5th of August to further celebrate the Olubaka’s 80th Birthday.
While wishing Kabiyesi more wonderful and fruitful years on earth, Akogun Omole enjoined Oka Sons and Daughters globally to continue to promote love, unity and peace of the town.
