In recognition of his contribution to human development particularly in the area of education, the first female Hall of Residence at Achievers University, Ọwọ has been named after Senator Bode Olajumoke.
Dr Olajumoke who is the pioneer Chancellor of the institution in his philanthropic nature also donated over six million naira to equip the hall of residence’s reading and common room for the benefit of the students.
