Over 3 billion naira has been disbursed to health facilities in Ondo state since 2019 to strengthen the system for effective service delivery.
Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu made the revelation while commissioning an Isolation Centre built at the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ondo Complex with the Ondo State COVID-19 Response Fund, through the technical assistance of the Interministerial Committee on COVID-19.
OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that Akeredolu who distributed additional 246 million naira to 529 health centers in the state at the event, said the molecular lab will be soon ready for commissioning.
