South west governors, traditional rulers, security agencies agree on more security measures

Governors of the Southwest region of the country and traditional rulers and heads of security agencies in the zone have agreed to carry out more measures towards combating insecurity in the zone. The meeting held at the instance of the chief of staff to the president, Prof. Gambari agreed among others with the decision of the National Economic Council towards forest management. Government House correspondent, Wahab Bankole reports that poor weather conditions prevented the convener from attending the meeting held at the Agodi secretariat of the Oyo State governor’s office in Ibadan.
