Over 2,500 kilometers of rural road projects are expected to be constructed by Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Projects, RAAMP, in o Ondo State to enhance easy access. The project which is worth about fifty-five million dollars was achieved through the intervention of World Bank, federal government and the Ondo State government as part of effort to ensure food sufficiency in the state. RAAMP Regional Infrastructure Advisor, Southern region, Alhassan Aliyu led World Bank consultant team to Akure the Ondo State capital to investigate the possibility of having a law to sustain the project even after the expiration of the present government tenure.
