Ahead may 16th deadline set by the Presidency for ministers and head of federal agencies who have political ambitions to resign, about ten ministers have complied.
The outgoing ministers are that of Petroleum, Timpre Sylva, Labour & Employment,Chris Ngige, State Mines & Stee,l Uche Ogah and the Attorney General & Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami.
Others who have equally done the needful are Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, Minister of Niger Delta Godswill Akpabio and the Minister of Science Technology Ogbonnaya Onu.
Also said to have resigned are the Minister of Women Affairs Pauline Tallen and the Minister of State Niger Delta, Tayo Alasoadura.
No head of agency has reportedly resigned as the central bank governor Godwin Emefiele is still hanging on despite barrage of criticisms trailing his purported ambition.
