The Court of Appeal sitting in Akure on Wednesday June 16, 2021 dismissed the appeal filed by candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Eyitayo Jegede against the judgment of the Ondo State Election Petitions Tribunal that upheld the victory of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu in the October governorship election.
