The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Ondo State has commiserated with the government and people of the state over the tragic demise of the Secretary to the State government, Hon. Tayọ Oluwatuyi, popularly known as Tukana.
In a statement by the party’s Director of media and publicity, Leye Igbabo, the PDP described the deceased Oluwatuyi as a “very simple, humble, unassuming, accommodating and truly progressive personality who never used his office to oppress any person in life.”
The party prayed that God should grant the deceased’s immediate family, associates and the Ondo State government as well as Akure community the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

PDP Mourns The Tragic Loss Of A Great Mind
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ondo State chapter is utterly devastated by the news of the sudden demise of the Secretary to the State Government, Ondo State, Hon Temitayo Oluwatuyi, whose death was caused by injuries arising from an auto crash.
The late SSG was a very simple, humble, unassuming, accommodating and truly progressive personality who never used his office to oppress any person in life.
Our party finds the tragic incident very unfortunate, but could not query God as to why such amiable personality would go at this crucial time.
As a party, we convey our heartfelt condolences to the government and the people of Ondo State over this irreplaceable loss. Our hearts go out to the immediate family of the departed leader, his political associates and the entire members of Akure community and pray God to make available, the required strength to overcome this trying moment.
