Ondo AG’s absence stalls hearing in Sotitobire case, legal fireworks to resume June 2

Hearing in the ongoing trial of the founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel Akure, Prophet Alfa Babatunde over the dissapearance of one year old Gold Kolawole in his church last year has been adjourned till June 2 2020.

The adjournment was sequel to the absence of the Ondo state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Adekola Olawoye SAN who is leading a crack team of state counsel prosecuting the case.

Shola Ilesanmi reports that Justice Olusegun Odusola’s decision to adjourn the case was however applauded by the prosecution and defense counsel.
