The International Fund for a Agricultural Development, IFAD has recommended training of youths and women in modern food production to bring back the golden years of agricultural revolution which laid the foundation for Nigeria’s rapid socioeconomic development. Its project coordinator in Ondo State, Mr Olawale Ademola at a media roundtable in Akure on one of the organization’s projects, livelihood improvement family enterprises -Niger Delta Life – ND said farmers enthusiasm must be backed by fund and technology to achieve desired results.
