A commerical motorcyclist, Victor Ikechukwu who specializes in defrauding POS operators in Akure has been arrested by officers of the Nigerian security and civil Defence corps, NSCDC.
Parading the suspect at the NSCDC headquarters in Akure, Commandant of the corps, Hammed Abodunrin said the suspect was arrested following a complaint from one of his victims.
