A retired Permanent Secretary, Dr Deji Akinwalere has officially begun his reign as captain of Crosscreek Golf Club situated in Ilado , Àkúré North local government area of Òndó state.
Dr Akinwalere who is a former national president of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees was ushered into the role at the clubs inaugural captain’s tournament.
OSRC’s Zaheed Aribisala reports that the tournament attracted golfers across Nigeria with over twelve clubs represented at the event.
