Covid-19: Gov. Akeredolu lifts ban on religious activities

Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has ordered the return of religious activities across the state in a guided and syndicated manner.

Speaking at the 8th weekly media briefing on the containment of COVID 19 at the government house in Akure, the governor expressed concern of government over discontinuation of religious activities in the state.

Government house correspondent, Wahab Bankole reports that only Friday Jumat and Sunday services are allowed to commence in the first instance while other daily services are not approved.
