A former Minister of Health in Nigeria, Professor Isaac Adewole has recommended that health priorities should be based on local research findings and not by political necessity or preferences.
OSRC’s Juliet Buna reports that Prof. Adewole gave the recommendation at the 1st distingushed lecture for Emeritus Professor Oladipo Akinkugbe at the University of Medical Sciences, UNIMED Ondo.
