The suspension of Continuous Voter Registration and distribution of Permanent Voter Cards by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC would disenfranchise many eligible voters in the October 10 governorship election in Ondo State. This was the consensus of stakeholders who spoke with OSRC Correspondent, Richard Ilesanmi OSRC in Akure.
