The founder of African independent television [AIT] and Ray power Radio, Chief Raymond Dokpesi is dead.
In a statement by his son, Raymond Dokpesi(Jnr), he disclosed that the media mogul and politician passed on this morning in Abuja during a brief illness.
Aged 71, High Chief Dokpesi pioneered private broadcasting in Nigeria and was until his demise a stalwart of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
