The directive by President Muhammadu Buhari that miniters who have obtained nomination forms must resign equally applied to other heads of government agencies.
A circular containing the directive as obtained from the office of the secretary to the government of the Federation, Boss Mustafa indicates that all heads with political ambitions must resign their portfolios.
