The Ondo state government says it will not give up efforts at ensuring food security in the state.
The assurance was reiterated by the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Akeredolu on Agric and Agric Business, Mr. Akin Olotu during an inspection tour of a sawah rice eco-technology facility in Àkúré, the Ondo state capital.
OSRC’s Joy Pius reports that the state government is partnering the National Center for Agricultural Mechanisation (NCAM) to commence the harvest of mechanically cultivated rice using the sawah eco-technology in the state.
